helohi.io is operated by Algo and Art LLC, a US limited liability company doing business as helohi.io (“helohi”, “we”, “us”, “our”). This Refund Policy explains when and how you can request a refund for your helohi subscription.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com Market Limited (and, for buyers based in the United States, Paddle.com Inc.), which acts as the Merchant of Record for all purchases on helohi. Paddle is responsible for processing payments, handling refunds, and managing chargebacks on our behalf.
If you are not satisfied with the Services, you may request a refund of your most recent monthly payment within 30 days of that payment, subject to good-faith evaluation as described below. The 30-day guarantee applies once per account. Subsequent renewal payments are not automatically refundable, but you can cancel future renewals at any time (see Cancellations & subscriptions).
Refund amount depends on usage. Because each plan includes a monthly allowance of voice minutes, phone minutes, or AI replies that have real third-party cost once consumed, refunds are tiered based on how much of the allowance you have used in the billing period:
Good-faith evaluation. The 30-day guarantee exists so you can evaluate whether helohi fits your business. Where usage patterns clearly indicate the guarantee is being used for purposes other than legitimate evaluation (for example, exhausting the monthly allowance within days of signup, then requesting a refund), we reserve the right to decline or reduce the refund. Your subscription cancellation remains available regardless.
Refunds are administered under Paddle's Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 3 to 10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.
If you are a consumer (not a business) located in the EU or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your initial purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. By starting to use the Services during that 14-day period, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that this right of withdrawal is lost once we begin providing the Services.
The 30-day money-back guarantee above is offered as a contractual benefit independent of any statutory right and is available whether or not your statutory withdrawal right has been lost.
Chargebacks and disputes initiated through your bank or card issuer are handled by Paddle as the Merchant of Record. We ask that you contact us first at info@helohi.io before opening a chargeback so we can resolve the issue directly, usually faster than the chargeback process.
