Yes — but only transactional messages. Appointment confirmations, reminders, and follow-ups. No marketing texts. No spam.
Transactional messages related to a booking the customer initiated don't require separate opt-in under current regulations. We follow all carrier and regulatory guidelines.
Yes. You can set the text content, your business name, and the information included (date, time, address, prep instructions).
Texts come from your dedicated business number — the same one customers call. It's consistent and recognizable.
Cancellation & Refunds

Cancel anytime from your dashboard. No phone calls required. No retention departments. One click.
Your agent stays active until the end of your current billing period. After that, it stops answering calls and your data is retained for 30 days in case you want to reactivate.
No. helohi is a month-to-month service with no contract. If you cancel, your agent stays live until the end of your paid period. This is standard for done-for-you service businesses.
Not at this time. If you need to take a break, you can cancel and reactivate later — your agent data is retained for 30 days.
